We provide occupational therapy and psychotherapy services for women, delivered individually, in group settings and through restorative retreat experiences. We support women navigating identity, challenging life transitions and high-demand lives and roles.

The WELLNESS WITHIN RETREAT Experience
The WELLNESS WITHIN Experience is a restorative retreat for women, delivered in a beautiful setting that supports presence and meaningful growth. We combine the restorative power of nature with strategies grounded in clinical expertise.
The WELLNESS WITHIN Experience is for women who are genuinely invested in the lives they’ve built — but who have reached a point where something no longer feels quite right. They may be looking for clarity about what comes next, wondering whether something needs to change, or simply wanting the space to understand how to move forward with greater purpose.
Location
Our upcoming retreats will be held in the beautiful island of Sao Miguel, off the coast of Portugal, for 6 days (5 nights).

CLARITY UNDER PRESSURE: An Experience for Women with the Barrie Police Service
Clarity Under Pressure was developed by Wellness Within for the Barrie Police Service to support the unique experiences and needs of women in policing and policing environments.
Clarity Under Pressure is a therapist-facilitated, small group experience designed specifically for female police officers and civilians working for a police service, who are ready to look honestly at what the role costs, what drives them, and how to carry both — sustainably.
The Goal
Women who complete this program develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the practical tools to sustain their well-being across various areas of their life, over time.
Truly Supported
Services are eligible for full reimbursement from extended health benefits (Ontario residents).

CLARITY & CONNECTION: A Woman's Experience
This women’s group was developed by Wellness Within for use by Psychology Matters, a psychology clinic in Barrie Ontario. It was designed to support women navigating difficult challenges.
Clarity & Connection is a therapist-facilitated group for women ready to move beyond what they already understand about themselves.
Participants explore what drives them, the patterns that may be keeping them in place, the beliefs that shape how they see themselves and their lives, and who they want to be moving forward — alongside other women asking many of the same honest questions.
It is a small-group experience is intentionally structured to create space for reflection, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection.
Services are eligible for reimbursement from extended health benefits (Ontario residents).

Celia Mirco is a registered Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist offering individual therapy for women navigating difficult life transitions.
